Throughout his career in construction and industrial environments, Mike saw a consistent pattern. Organizations were not failing due to a lack of talent. They were struggling because their workforce systems lacked structure.

Fragmented vendors, inconsistent rate controls, decentralized payroll, and multi-state compliance exposure created operational friction that eroded margins and increased administrative burden. Staffing alone was not the solution. Infrastructure was.
