Dylan oversees the day-to-day operation of the maritime division in the Fall River, MA office. This includes account management, personnel management, strategy, and business development.
Dylan Buckborough, East Coast Operations Manager of Wide Effect Talent Solutions Inc., was born and raised in Swansea, Massachusetts. He attended Massachusetts Maritime Academy where he studied Marine Transportation. Upon graduation, Dylan became a high-speed ferry captain as well as an operations manager where he oversaw day-to-day operations of all employees and vessels. In his off time, he worked on various dredging projects on the eastern seaboard to gain more knowledge of different verticals in the maritime industry. In his spare time, Dylan loves to cruise various parts of New England with his wife and two Fox Red Labs.
