James is responsible for managing, creating, and building relationships and coaching and mentoring our team of sales professionals.

At home, James spends time with his wife and 2-year-old daughter Vivienne sharing his love for the water by boating as often as possible. James enjoys golf, biking, running, and soccer when he can find the time. He also loves being a chase boat captain for events and interviewing marine industry professionals. His claim to fame is that he is the only American to ever beat Team Oracle across the finish line during the Americas Cup final in Bermuda.

With his experience in the organization, James believes that working at Wide Effect gives him the exciting opportunity to connect great people with great companies on a daily basis.
